The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR 2018) came into force in May 2018, it is an EU Directive, put in place to protect information and data relating to individuals held, processed, shared and stored by organisations across Europe. The GDPR requires compliance alongside the current Data Protection Act (2018) and other UK statutory and legislative duties and operational guidance.
Here at Parents 4 Change, we comply with GDPR regulation and the current Data Protection Act (2018) in how we collect and safely store the personal details of all members, steering group, parent reps, volunteers and staff.

We work with CONTACT, a delivery partner for the Department of Education (DfE). We share information with CONTACT as part of the Application and Monitoring Reports for the PCF Grant.
